Master Class: Leadership & Coaching

The Master Classes Coaching at Bureau Land are 3-day Coach Trainings in which we discuss specific coaching subjects. This Master Class is about Leadership and Team Coaching. This Master Class is part of the Professional Training Programme Total Coaching® II but you can also attend the Master Class on a stand alone basis for deepening and specialisation in the area of Coaching.

The connection between Coaching and Leadership

In this Master Class you will learn about leadership. How are you your own leader? And how are Coaching and Leadership connected. The principles of Alpha Leadership are discussed in detail.

• What is your definition of Leadership?
• Characteristics of Alpha Leadership.
• The divers manifestations of Leadership, the skills, values and beliefs with regard to Leadership.
• Are you your own inner leader?
• The connection between Coaching and Leadership: when does a leader decide to Coach and when doesn’t he?
• What is the difference between a Coach and a Leader?

Coaching in teams

In this Master Class you will also learn what it is like to coach a team. What is the difference between individual coaching and team coaching? We will deal with many aspects of team coaching, such as group reports and group values. In addition, you will work on your intervision skills in order for you to be able to guide a team.

Certificate

It is possible to attend this Master Class on a stand alone basis in the Professional Training Programme Total Coaching® II. It is possible to receive a module certificate for this module so that you will be eligible for the Total Coaching® II Certificate later on.
