Master Class: Coaching & Metaphors

The Master Classes Coaching at Bureau Land are 3-day Coach Trainings that deal with different topics of Coaching. This Master Class is about: Coaching with Metaphors. The Master Class: Coaching & Metaphors is part of the Professional Training Programme Total Coaching® II / NLP Master Practitioner Programme but you can also attend the Master Class on a stand alone basis for further deepening and specialisation in the area of Coaching. We would like the participants in this Master Class to have at least some knowledge of NLP Practitioner.

What will this Master Class Coaching and Metaphors teach you?

A Metaphor is a form of imagery that is used to build a bridge between the conscious and subconscious. In this Master Class you will learn how to use Metaphors in different situations and how you can create them yourself. Using multiple embedded Metaphors is a special technique in which you make use of the Milton Language Patterns. You will learn how to communicate with the subconscious of your client using trance in order to make sure that the applied NLP techniques are directly adopted by the subconscious.

Achieve quick results with Metaphors

By working with the subconscious of your client you will see quick results, and results intended and desired by the client. You will learn a lot about the phenomenom Hypnosis. What is it exactly? How does it work? How can you use it as a Coach? Based on the formation and prior knowledge of the group, the trainer will decide to use either Hypnosis or Archetypes.

Create the future you desire!

In this Master Class you will also work with the Timeline Technique. This involves the question of how people subconsciously store their experiences in their memories. The Timeline Technique will teach you how to disconnect feelings from these experiences so that you can use your inner sources more effectively. This technique is very powerful for setting achieveable goals and to create the future you desire. Here, you will also work with Metaphors.

Certificate

This Master Class is a module in the NLP Master Practitioner Programme and in the Professional Training Programme Total Coaching® II. It is possible to receive a module certificate after successfully completing the module so that you will be eligible for the certificates of the NLP Master Practitioner (ABNLP-accredited) or Total Coaching® II.
