Introductory Training: NLP

Are you interested in exploring why people are different? Or why they respond differently to specific situations? Do you want to find out more about your own behaviour and that of others? And would you like to learn how to implement this knowledge in your own life?

Then this might be an excellent training for you.

NLP is short for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. NLP is a way of explaining the aspects of daily life. It involves questions such as: How can you use your brain and senses effectively in order to achieve the desired results? And how can you improve this so that you will be able to enhance your relationships with others and with yourself? Many people who work with people (i.e. coaches, supervisors, teamleaders and people who work in education or health care) have already completed this training and have increased their personal effectivity.

NLP: learning by doing

The NLP Introduction Training covers the following subjects:

  • A general introduction to NLP, Applied Psychology;
  • A short history of the principles of NLP;
  • Several NLP-Communication and Behavioural Changes Models that can be applied to yourself and your contact with others.

The training is not a boring lecture with a lot of theory but a lecture in which theory and exercises are alternated. The aim of the exercises is to learn more about yourself and others in a pleasant and relaxed environment. The trainer is an experienced NLP Trainer / Coach who can share a lot from his/her own experience.
