Who is JOke Land?

JOke Land is an occupational and organisational psychologist, CEO and internationally certified Master NLP Trainer at the ABNLP and NLPU California. Before she started her own business she was a higher education professor, scientific researcher and consultant. In 1993, she started her own business: Bureau Land. This organisation has become an internationally recognised organisation: The International Institute for Applied Psychology.

Occupational and Organisational psychologist

JOke Land has trained organisations, teams and individuals as an occupational and organisational psychologist since 1990 and she is a consultant, trainer and organisational coach and a team and individual coach. As a Consultant and a Senior Capital Coach she gives organisational advice to managers and directors and implements organisational changes. She particularly focuses on processes of change in organisations and in people, personal efficiency and developmental programmes.

The International Institute for Applied Psychology

Throughout the years, Bureau Land has developed internationally and has become a major player in the area of personal and professional development. To give an example, we train in Hongkong, Ireland and Macedonia and our aim is to expand even further internationally. Bureau Land is also well known in all provinces of the Netherlands. In the Netherlands, the Institute trains in all sectors: government, financial sector, education, medical sector, health care sector, profit and non-profit organisations.

Drs. J.A. Land is known as a Systemic Specialist. One of her specialties is distinguishing and revealing Systemic Dynamics: Systemic Specialist for organisations, teams and families.
